Team Kilimanjaro Tracker
Hi all! I wish everyone of you were joining me on this great adventure! Funny how I didn't get a lot of takers to climb a 19,000 foot peak half way around the world. I wanted a way share this experience with everyone so I'm going to try my first attempt at blogging. I'm not going to promise to be eloquent, profound or insightful but I'll try to capture the day's events and activities. Now for the disclaimer . . . I'll be attempting to blog from my iPad. I've tested the blog and upload of photos but I have no idea how it works from Tanzania more or less from the mountain. So, if you don't see blog posts, don't assume the worst. There are other options.
The guide company that I'm traveling with on Kilimanjaro provides daily tracking of all the climbers in the group. There will be short messages about our progress and how we're feeling. Nothing too detailed but it will give you some information and a map location. Again, if you don't see a post assume no news is good news.
You can follow the instructions on the above weblink to track my progress on the mountain. Make sure to scroll down & look on the left hand side for my identifier as shown below.
